How to use steaming function:
Place strainer in Smush bowl
Fill with chopped vegetables leaving enough room to properly close lid
Fill your Smush bowl with 2 tablespoons of water; do not exceed this amount
Cover securely with vented lid
Cook food in microwave for 1-2 minutes
Remove from microwave and let stand for 1-2 minutes
Remove lid carefully to avoid spilling
Use hand masher to smush vegetables to desired consistency
Mix well and test temperature of food to ensure it is safe for baby before serving
This Infantino Squeeze is for use in the microwave only.
