The standard straps are rated at 500lbs and able to handle most lifts. For the professinals, we have the MONSTER straps which are a 2in strap and are rated at a massive 1000lbs.

23IN STRAP LENGTH - Contraband straps are the perfect length to wrap around the bar 2-3 times depending on your preference. This allows you to wrap multiple times to cover the bar where the hand will be placed.

Contraband lifting straps help your grip so you can hold onto heavier weight without the weight slipping out of your hand. Padded cotton lifting straps provide a neoprene padding around the wrist in order to disburse the weight and avoid having the strap cut into your wrist. Both sides of these straps are cotton, so they can be used for wrapping under-the-bar or over-the-bar, whichever method you prefer.

Care Instructions
Contraband 2000 padded cotton lifting straps may become dirty and need to be washed. These straps can be placed into cool water with a light soap. We suggest letting the product soak in water for 15-20 minutes and washing with clean cool water to remove soap residue. Let dry on a cool dry surface before using.
