This was a store return, and it looks perfect but I noticed the inner container had water spots, so I'm guessing someone maybe thought about using it or used it once and decided to take it back. Other than those water spots on the one inner container, it looks totally unused/perfect.
The instructions are not in English (see photo of front of booklet). French I think :)
